Established by Geoff and Joy Letch in 1995, Australian Style is a lot more than just a Spit Roast and Barbecue Company and can provide everything from stunning homemade Canapés to a fabulous table served Wedding Breakfasts as well as marquees, bar service and table linen.

Whatever the occasion we have a menu to suit all budgets and taste-buds and, with everything made from the freshest and finest ingredients we can find, our wonderfully tasty menus will make your event a unique and memorable occasion.

Unlike most Caterers, our menu prices include all cutlery, crockery, serving bowls and utensils as well as our catering equipment, and washing up charges. So no hidden extras!

Organising any event can be very stressful but, hopefully, our experience organising Weddings, family parties and Corporate events in this area since 1995 will take some of the burden from your shoulders.

We would be delighted to provisionally reserve your date whilst we discuss your requirements and prepare a detailed plan and menu for your Big Day.

And that’s the thing... We always remember it’s your big day not ours, which is possibly why so many clients recommend us to their friends and use us time after time.

We are passionate about good food and presentation and outside catering has never tasted so good.

We can also provide napkins, our limited bar service (you provide the drinks we Chill them and provide everything else), as well as waiting and bar staff at highly competitive prices.
